Excellent observation! I conspicuously stopped short of recommending specifically which companies might make the dough off the next build-up because this ain’t no dadgum investment site.

Basically, if I had a say in the matter then a safe bet would be to snap up anything related to defense and aerospace. However, since you brought it up, Lockheed Martin is one pick: Stealth F-35 fighters are being sold around the world as we speak.

Anything stealthy is going to be a big winner because the Russkies have developed the Igla, which is an infrared homing surface-to-air missile, which is very deadly. The last Lebanon war conducted by Israel yielded substantial proof of the Igla’s efficacy, when apparently it or something closely related to it was to blame for the 2006 attack on the Ahi Hanit for apparently having pierced the ship’s armor with deadly results.

It’s still the Cold War as far as I am concerned…

Of course, just sayin’ is all, ya know…
